Program Description
Many baby boomers feel overwhelmed by the prospect of assisting and eventually caring for aging parents. Have you personally considered your role and how you will respond? Learn skills that facilitate family harmony and develop a vision of your role before there is a need. Develop techniques, strategies and resources to prepare in advance. Gain awareness or enhance your understanding of changes your parents are experiencing and what you should (and should not!) do. It will help you to learn and become familiar before a crisis occurs. The planning tools will help you develop strategies ahead of need so when a crisis does occur, you are ready to act quickly. You do not currently need to be a caregiver to benefit from this course.
